AGENT ORANGE AND SKANK AGENTS PERFORMING AT WARFEST LAUNCH PARTY STAGE SAN DIEGO 4/15
Named after the chemical used by the USA in the Vietnam War, Agent Orange was one of a number of bands formed during the highly active Orange County and LA music scene. KROQ dj Rodney Bingenheimer was a big supporter of their music and played their debut release on the station. After getting KROQ support, Agent Orange signed to prominent local label Posh Boy Records. The band has been touring nationally since creating a very loyal fan base in almost every small town across the US.
THE SKANK AGENTS
We are a 7 piece Ska band from sunny San Diego Ca. We began playing music back in 2004 when we were freshman in high school and have been working on developing a unique sound that incorporates many different genres of music. We are influenced by a large variety of music including, of course ska (traditional, two tone, and 3rd wave) and reggae as well as jazz, punk, pop punk, metal, funk, jam, indie, rock'n'roll...and many other genres of music have also influenced the way we sound and want to sound.
NO MORE SAINTS
No More Saints deal in old school hardcore with unequal elements of international influence with the U.K. What you get is a solid release containing simple yet extremely effective lyrics dealing with the troubles of the day, be they social, political or religious. The music is fast and formidable with an uncompromising tone that never falters or comes across as anything other than heartfelt.
Slut Machine is an industrial/death metal/alternative band from Las Vegas, NV. Their gritty riffs, heavy distortion, and gut wrenching lyrical screams are intense and catchy. A band you'll try to scream along with with heavy bass beats and thick, dark, melodies, this is music to get angry to.
Complete with goofy, hyper-active shit talking and songs about drinking beer, smoking weed and skateboarding, The Loose Nutts capture and epitomize the spirit of being young punk rockers in a Southern California beach community. Hailing from Oceanside, a breeding ground for great punk rock, ska and reggae, The Loose Nutts are in the perfect position to effectively blend the genres together. The Loose Nutts deliver tunes ranging from mosh pit hyper to pillow talk mellow. A typical Loose Nutts shows is usually an intoxicated blend of head nodding, cracking up and rocking out.
GAS MASK THEORY
We are a Skate punk band from San Diego CA. We love punk music and are heavily influenced by it. Luke Sovinsky - Lead Guitar/ Backing vocals, Brandon Funk - Rhythm Guitar/ Backing vocals, Joel Currie - Bass/ Lead Vocals, Matt Dillingham - Drums/ Percussion/ Backing vocals.
BACK ALLEY HOOLIGANS
Back Alley Hooligans started by guitarist Andres Gonzalez and bassist Todd Baum in 2007. Combining their hardcore punk, ska and reggae background and influences to form Back Alley Hooligans. Soon after picking drummer Chase Thomas and guitarist Daniel Fielder, Back Alley Hooligans started playing shows all over the San Diego and Orange County area, gaining notice for there early 90's punk era sound. LOUD, FAST, & OUTTA CONTROL
