Annual Music Competition for Musicians
The Warfest.com Annual Worldwide Music Competition is scheduled to begin on June 1st of 2012 and end September 2013. You can enter at any time since building your network will benefit you when you reenter the competition next year. Musicians may enter the competition by registering as an Upgraded Musician Member ($60 per year) on Warfest.com or upgraded fan ($30 per year) and uploading a minimum of (3) 
songs in any music genre including the other category. The Competition is open to all music genres and any location worldwide. The top 10 musicians with the most votes will be included in the musician prize purse. The top ten fans are included in the fan prize purse. For a limited time musicians can register for free in the 2013 music competition. The prize purse comes from $1,000 +$2 per upgraded musician and $500 + $1 per upgraded fan. Additionally the top ten musicians and fans will gain free access to warfest events in 2014. Annual Music Competition for Fans
Warfest is the only site where fans vote for their favorite music content to earn cash and prizes. Fans can earn warfest credits smply by performing tasks and achievements on Warfest.com such as voting, sharing, purchasing, commenting and inviting. Get paid to social network! 
Fans from around the world will sample and vote for their favorite musicians, songs, videos, merchandise, events, photos and news on Warfest.com and Warfest.net/mobile. Fans can vote on as many different musician content items as they like to support their favorite local music. Fans earn 100 warfest points for every activity they complete. The Top 10 Upgraded Fan Members ($30 per year) with the most voting activity and Warfest members in their rewards network will also be invited to join their favorite musicians on tour and receive cash and prizes and divide 10% of the Warfest.com Grand Prize Package pot. PARTICIPATE - (THE COMPETITION) - Join the only site where real fans vote for their favorite musicians for a chance to win cash, perform live on TV and tour the world. Musicians choose 1 of 6 categories (Punk/Ska, Rock, Country, Pop, Electronica/Dance/DJs, Other) to participate in and may create as many membership entries in different categories as they like. Musicians will upload a minimum of their top 3 songs to submit to the annual Warfest Worldwide Competition. Fans will sample and vote on their favorite musicians, songs, videos, events, photos, merchandise, and news. The top 10 winners will be chosen from among the 6 categories of the competition based on total fan votes. There will be a series of rounds and competitions in each geographic region for each music category with cash, prizes, television package and live concert to be determined. Fans also have the opportunity to win ultimate fan experiences, cash, prizes and tour with their favorite band on tour around the world.
PERFORM - (REACH MILLIONS WORLDWIDE) - Connect with millions of real fans and musicians worldwide ready to purchase. Musician Membership includes entry into Warfest Worldwide Competition (real fans vote for their favorite musicians to win cash, prizes, free web page to interact with fans and musicians, post or sell videos, songs, event tickets, merchandise and news online). Fan Membership includes entry into the Warfest Worldwide Music Competition to vote for favorite musicians, opportunity to win ultimate fan rewards (cash, prizes and tour with their favorite band around the world), free web page and mobile media player to interact with fans and musicians, post photos, and videos, sample and purchase songs, event tickets, and merchandise online worldwide plus referral fees for inviting new members and recommending purchases with your invite code.
PROFIT - (COMISSIONS AND REFERRAL FEES) - Use your private referral code to earn $10 per fan or musician member registered while participating in the music competition. All members Get $10 Bonus per Musician/Fan Membership referred--New Recommended Member also receives $5 Bonus. Musicians get 85% profit on event ticket sales and merchandise and $.99 song downloads. Fans get 5% for recommending merchandise items to other fans and 5% goes to purchasing fan as a discount. All members can receive up to 16.667% multi-tier commissions on up to 10 levels for inviting members and up to 5% multi-tier commissions on up to 10 levels for each Musician item sale. PROMOTION – Musician Members may post videos, songs, events, and merchandise for free on Warfest.com. All items posted will be distributed to Warfest Members via Warfest.com, Warfest Mobile, Email, social networks and other promotion.
WARFEST CREDIT ACCOUNTS - "Warfest Credits" are used to purchase items on Warfest including songs, tickets, merchandise--Warfest Music Credit accounts may be withdrawn to Member Paypal or bank account/credit card account with a minimum balance of $10 and $2 transaction fee per withdrawl for up to 4 withdrawls per month (may take up to 30 days depending on withdrawl method).
SPONSORSHIP - Warfest Sponsors/Advertisers may contact Warfest directly for all advertising opportunities to sponsors web site, signage, live events, street teams, concerts, television, print advertisments, and more at advertise@warfest.com.
CHARITY - At the end of each year, a portion of all income to Warfest Music site will go to a charity.
MERCHANDISE - Merchandise Items and Delivery are at the sole discretion of Fan and Musician Members--Warfest cannot take responsibility for the quality, service, and transaction.
COPYRIGHTS - Members agree that all user-provided content posted on Warfest Website including music, photos, albums, videos, logos, news, songs are original sole property of Members and that additional royalties and fees for agency representation are responsibility of members, fans, and agents, and that Warfest cannot be held responsible for rights or royalty payments. Any discretion in property rights must contact Warfest directly whereby Warfest reserves the right to remove content and report members in violation of applicable international copyright laws.
PROMOTION - Members will allow Warfest to use member supplied imagery, music, videos, content, merchandise, and profiles to promote Warfest.com via print, electronic, and commercial means.
CANCELLATION - Members may cancel their membership after 1 year of entry and will also terminate all referral fee links, content, and payments from Warfest Members.
REVISIONS RIGHTS - Warfest may at sole discretion revise terms, dates, fees, contest provisions, prizes at any time.
TAXES - Warfest Members are soley responsible for reporting income from Warfest to respective local governments for tax purposes.
ARBITRATION - Warfest members agree to utilize arbitration and mediation for any potential lawsuits should matters not be resolved outside of local courts system.
